About ADHDly

ADHDly is a modern online ADHD self-test for adults. We built it because many existing ADHD tests feel outdated, confusing or cluttered with ads — and because many adults spend years wondering "Do I have ADHD?" without a clear first step.

How the test is built

The 24 questions cover five areas often described by adults with ADHD: attention, hyperactivity, executive function, emotional regulation and impulsivity. Each is answered on a 4-point scale, and your answers are scored instantly into a pattern chart.

The questions are written in plain, everyday language and inspired by widely used adult ADHD criteria and screening tools, including:

• DSM-5-TR criteria for ADHD (American Psychiatric Association)
• Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS), developed with the World Health Organization
• NICE guideline NG87 on ADHD diagnosis and management

ADHDly is not the ASRS or any official clinical instrument, and it is not endorsed by these organizations.

What ADHDly is — and isn't

ADHDly shows how strongly your answers match patterns commonly seen in adults with ADHD. It is not a diagnosis. Only a qualified professional can diagnose ADHD. Our goal is to help you understand your patterns and walk into that conversation prepared.
