This Privacy Policy explains how ADHDly ("ADHDly", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use adhdly.io, including the online ADHD self-assessment, results pages, dashboard and paid full report.

1. Data we collect

• Assessment answers and scores — your answers to the 24 questions and the calculated pattern scores.
• Email address — used to create your account, save your results and send password-free sign-in links.
• Optional profile details — such as a display name you add in your dashboard.
• Purchase information — order ID, amount and status. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never reach us.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. Health-related information

Your assessment answers may reveal information about your wellbeing. We process them only to show you your results and full report, based on your explicit consent given when you start the assessment and save your results. We never sell this data, never use it for advertising and never share it with employers or insurers.

3. How we use your data

• To calculate and display your results and full report.
• To provide your account, dashboard and personal tips.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To answer support requests.
• To keep the service secure and working.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a)), performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to host the website and database, send sign-in emails and process payments (Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record). They process data only on our instructions or as independent controllers for payment and tax purposes. Some providers may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use only technically necessary storage: to keep you signed in, to remember your in-progress assessment and to save tips you tick off. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Retention

We keep your account and results until you delete your account or ask us to. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email help@adhdly.io.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, results are only accessible to the signed-in account owner, and sign-in works without passwords via one-time links.

10. Children

ADHDly is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
