These Terms govern your use of adhdly.io and the services provided by ADHDly. By using the website you agree to these Terms.

1. Not a medical service

ADHDly provides an educational self-assessment. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace an evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not start, stop or change any treatment based on your results. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ADHDly.

3. Your account

Your account is created with your email address when you save your first result. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Please provide an email address you own.

4. Free and paid features

The self-assessment and summary result are free. The full report, personal tips area and PDF are available for a one-time payment shown before checkout (currently $1.99 USD). There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; their terms apply to the payment itself.

5. Digital content and refunds

The full report is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law. See our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, copy or resell our content, or interfere with the website's security or operation.

7. Intellectual property

All texts, design, questions and reports are owned by ADHDly. Your personal report is for your private use and to share with healthcare professionals.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ADHDly is not liable for decisions made based on the results. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
